Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name; withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activities is strictly prohibited. vm916 reserves the right to freeze an Account and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities if it has reasonable grounds to believe that deposited funds have an unlawful origin. All deposits must be sourced from accounts owned and controlled by the registered Member.

Any Member found to have placed bets on events in which they have direct or indirect involvement — as a player, coach, official, or related party — will have their Account suspended and all associated winnings voided. vm916 cooperates with sporting integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies and may share information about suspicious betting activity.
